ok guys. i need some help. i have a twitter followers service website which i want to advertise and market. can you suggest to me what is the effective way to market this niche website? i've tried on fiverr, soloads but not much help. as well as adwords.LOL. got banned though
Try finding niche related forums and leaving helpful post with a link back to your website withing the post itself (if allowed) or in your signature box. You can even use this site to get the ball rolling a bit. Post your site in the review section to get a few unique visitors to your site, some of which might actually be interested in the service you're providing. Not sure if the "selling" of twitter followers is allowed here but you could also post in the services section on this site but if you're not allowed to, there are plenty of other forums who will allow it. Some free, some may be a small fee but it should be enough to start sending traffic your way. Fiverr is only good for certain things, "legit" traffic is hard to find from there but then again you get what you pay for right? Instead of using adwords, you can create banners or have them created for you (one of the great uses of fiverr) and you can search niche related blogs, forums and other pages and buy ad space on that site. It can be a lot cheaper than using adwords, not to mention it's targeted because it's "niche related". You can also use social media itself which if presented to the right people can benefit you even more due to the possibility of going viral through word of mouth marketing through social media. It would make sense to promote a twitter follower service on the twitter platform itself, would it not? Of course it would! It's just about how you go about promoting it. Don't be spammy, actually present some type of value. Explain the benefits of your service rather than the service itself and this will ultimately lead to receiving traffic from those who are looking to "add more twitter followers" and your service can be pick because your audience understands what they'll receive and why it'll help them in the long run. You should definitely try classifieds. Backpage in particular. There are people there looking for twitter followers.
If you want to make more sells then go to Ebay with it. That's the easiest way. You should also try to make affiliate program for your users and it will market itself.
What you do might be against Twitter's terms of use or Google's terms, otherwise Google wouldn't have banned you.
