SEO benefits in promoting and getting Search Engine Ranking

SEO is the short form for Search Engine Optimization and it is the process of getting visitors to your website through search engines.Search engines have ranking system so you have to optimize your site according to search engines standards so that search engines crawlers and spiders index your website and put rank on it and you will get good SERP that is Search Engine Result Page and the more good the SERP of your website ,the more chances are that your website get notice by the users when they search online about the things your website deals with.......


There are two ways of SEO:

1.On-Page Optimization.
2.Off-page Optimization.


1.On-Page Optimization is the technique of altering some tags of html to make it more accessible to search engines....It informs search engines about the matter and subject of your website....On-page influence are under your control and can be modified by manipulating the content of your website suitably.....Its is essential for getting good SERP.

Ways of doing On-Page Optimization are:

1. Modifiying HTML Tags.

2. Adding Title, ALT tags, Meta tags

3.Adding XML Site Map.

4.Creating Unique Content



2.Off-Page Optimization are numebers of tactics and plan you can apply where you dont have to do modification on your webpages and this technique plays the secondary role in enhancing search engine ranking and boosting marked traffic towards your website.


There are lots of ways to do Off-page Optimization...and they are explained below.

1.Link Building:Getting backlinks or inbound links from High PR authorities which are so famous and are visited frequently.....

2. Directory Submission: Directory submission is also a good way of getting backlinks but directories should be dofollow(search engine friendly) with high PR......Submit your website in the most relevant category......No-follow directories could also be beneficial for your website and might get you little traffic but it will not gonna have any effect on Search Engines crawlers because they will never notice the link ultimately no page rank benefits.....

3. Forum Postings:Forum posting is a great way of optimizing your website....It is done by being active in forums discussion which are related to your website.....It is a reciprocation process because you have to contribute to the forums and in return you get to promote your website by adding links to your signature box in the forum control panel.And dont always violate forums by posting your links only and contributing your knowledge a little otherwise you would end up as a spammer and chances are that you get banned forever.....Forums with High Page Rank are quickly indexed by search Engines...And lot of targeted traffic you can get from postings....

4. Article writing & Submission:Article writting is a big deal in nowadays.It is a way of creating permanent backlinks.This method is done by writting articles related to the subject of your website and submitting it in high-authorative article directories.Like directory submission you have to submit your article in the relevant category....The traffic of article directory may notice your article with your website link and would like to visit your website.

5. Social Networking Sites:Social Networking Sites are excellent place to promote your website and get a huge traffic....Most of the active Social Networking Websites like facebook,twitter are nofollow that means only beneficial in getting targeted traffic but have no effect on search engine rankings....If the traffic appreciate your discussions and the products your website is dealing with,there is a huge chance of their conversion into leads or customers and they would also recommend your site to others.....

6. Blog Commenting or Guest Posting:Blog commenting can get your site famous and popular in no time.....Guest Posting in other blogs related to your websites are so benefical in getting viral traffic and can give you good backlink alternatives.Aside from all that you get proposals from other blogs.

7. Press Releases Submission:Here come the another way of optimizing your site that is old-school method but yet very powerful.Create Press release related to the events and news taking place in your trade or business with appropriate keywords in the headlines and submit it to the relevant press releses website....These are indexed by search engines like google so quickly that you will normally see on uppermost of the search engine sooner than articles.

8. Social Bookmarking:This process allow you to collect,store and share links when people find your site intersting they will save it by click on social bookmarking link and may visit in future.There is also a chance people will recommend social bookmarked sites to their friends and co-workers....so it can be a big step for your site to get bookmarked by visitors.Most of the sites allow bookmarking after registering an account over there.
