    If you have a site map, include it in google webmasters. That's usually the fastest way.
    Other way is to get your site listed in a high PR site, and google will find it faster and index it.

    When I have to push some of my pages into Google Index I simply use pinging services like Pingler or build a couple of links from popular sites, it usually helps.

    Yes, you are true, it is not guaranteed that all the pages would be indexed but if there are errors in your page and site, you have to correct them.

    Social media websites will help you get indexed in a matter of hours (every new website that I create needs about 2-4 hours to get indexed using Facebook, Twitter and Google+)

    Try them (if this doesn't work for your website, try to build some profile links (or a signature in forums)) and then ping the website that you have your new backlink (but do NOT ping your website!) ;)

    I think this answer is more better than others. If your website or page is not being indexed by Google then go for submission at Google and also try to check weather your website is available on Google or not by simply searching in google [website.com] you will find which pages are indexed by Google

    You should mainly evaluate those four pages if they contain duplicate content, if there are some errors, also try getting some links for those pages which are not indexed, I'm sure you would get the success.

    Google index means your site is added to Google database. when a site indexed by Google it shows on search pages otherwise not.
