    I have activated a theme and it does not display the pictures in Featured Post in the Header.
    what can I do?

    Hi,
    create a new page (As example: _HOME_) and set the attributes template to "frontpage".
    Go to Settings -> Reading and set the start page to static. -> Choose _HOME_

    Go to your WP dashboard and edit your featured post, under the "Feature this post?" option there is "Feature Image" option, you just have to click "Set featured image" select an image you want and then click on "Set featured image" button, update your post, that's it.

    Try another theme if the problem arises again then make settings in theme options
