other then violation some condition in their agreement.

Thoroughly read Paypal's Terms of service and use and oblige by them; then you and others like you wouldn't have your Paypal accounts suspended or limited. Payment processors even merchant account processors have that right to limit your account when they perceive you are a credit risk or liability based on your past actions or business!

Nobody needs PayPal. I used skrill long before they were skrill. I like them, but they're all weird.

Thanks muffin man, I didn't know! Funny how I can violate their agreement without having one single chargeback or dispute against me and a 100% ebay feedback record in the hundreds.

Please don't post on my thread again.

Maybe you should reread your original post! You're the one who didn't follow Paypal's Terms of use and now you're complaining! GTFU.

"2.1 Eligibility. To be eligible to use the PayPal Services, you must be at least 18 years old."

Thanks for the response, honestly. I'm upset because right now, I am not. I used PayPal as a minor. Now I may never be allowed to have one.

Exactly OP doesn't get it! Paypal sees him as a liability risk because he didn't follow their TOU agreement in the first place therefore he can stop whining and read and adhere to the TOU agreement for the next Payment Provider he signs up for which others and myself I've recommended. Paypal (a subsidiary of eBay) is a business protecting itself from liability and other risks; Paypal and other payment processing service providers don't care if you have 100% eBay feedback!

Don't follow the Paypal or any other payment processors' rules, your account will get limited or suspended! Its simply common sense.

Either Payza, Skrill or Google Checkout.

Where Payza does have problems with transferring funds to your bank account.

There are lots of alternatives to Paypal but Paypal is the best. You will find many online stores accepting Paypal. But they may be a bit strict or you can get your own credit card processor. If you have friend with paypal account, you can ask him to help you.

Here are the top 10 alternatives to Paypal:
    1. PayZa
    2. Payoneer
    3. LibertyReserve
    4. Digital River
    5. Escrow.com
    6. Perfect Money
    7. CertPay
    8. Merchantinc.com
    9. Allpay.net
    10. Go&Pay

Once you reach a certain threshold their customer service is fantastic, at least in my experience. But until I got my business up above 6 figures, yes, I would agree, they are nonexistent.

to be honest with you, Paypal is the best. some people might get one bad experience with them but 90% of the time they are good. try calling paypal and sort the problem with them.
