    LSI(latent Semantic Indexing) is a way for search engines to index websites and answer search queries without relying on just keywords or key phrases.latent semantic indexing gives bird view to the search engines as to how the pages are related. The search engines get an idea about the relevancy of a website to a particular topic or keywords through the semantic closeness of documents..For example, on today’s search engines, if you type in “Houston search engine optimization,” the search engine will search for pages where the words “Houston search engine optimization” appear. This is a decent method of operating, but it has flaws. Namely, there are many words that mean the same thing, and one word can have many different meanings.

    In short it is the related keywords in the contents of a website.
    Example if your content is about apple.....the related keywords for it maybe the fruit or the mac computer.

    In simple terms, all LSI is just the related keywords to your desired keyword.

    For example, let's say you're keyword was "Make Money Online"... Then LSI could be "work from home", "how to make money online fast", and "Get Paid Online".

    Makes sense right?
