    - Marketing is free (FB,Twitter,G+..).
    - Infrastructure is Cheap (with Cloud Computing).
    - People are Cheap.
    So We need less money to start a company Today.

    "Lunch a company" is that when the boss buys everyone lunch? Anyway you best go back and do some editing.
    And as to "people are cheap" yes, some are real cheap, but then just don't work for them.:)

    I don't think there's anything to think - if you want to make money online with your online business it's just much less expensive than an offline business. Take action and do it if you really want it :)

    Tools might be free but customizing it for your needs might involve some $$. Marketing might be free but getting it in a right direction might ask us to involve some experienced hand which would again involve $$. People are cheap. I agree! But there are cheap people as well. Beware to hire the correct person for you job! But definitely Starting a new company is now way cheaper!

    Well I think what he really means is just that there's more opportunity today to start our own company, as compared to the past.

    Both the internet & technology has made is possible for an average joe to make things happen :)
