    Why does your site, without the www, just redirect to https://bitly.com?
    bazictips.com --> bitly.com

    I got straight on the site - no redirection so I'm guessing you've changed something. Your privacy policy doesn't comply with Googles mandatory requirements to mention the DoubleClick DART cookie, so you need to change that. I also see you are running yahoo ads and not sure if you can run both on the same page.

    Yahoo ads is pretty good, too. Try it for a while and apply for Google ads in the future.

    The URL of your site is not working. It may happen if you have changed something on your hosting account. You should send a support request to your hosting service provider. Except this, I checked your site

    http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:13cHPVenWZwJ:www.bazictips.com/+&cd=1&hl=en&ct=clnk&gl=bd&client=firefox-a

    and you have good amount of contents on your site. So if you can fix the current problem then you can expect Adsense approval, BUT do not apply again and again without fixing the problems.

    You can run Google ads and any other ads you wish on the same page. According to Google Adsense Rule: You can NOT have more than THREE Google Ads on a same page, but you can have ads from other ad networks.
