Affiliate marketing is better than ad sense. It gives more percentage of commission than ad sense.

true, but the keywords are like the products Affiliates help sell. Some are worth more than others.

I think it's pretty even though. you have to create good content to earn with both.

That's exactly what I got..... I got a 2 Page website with adsense all over it...and it makes $10.00 a day on average. Barely any content as well, if any and I ranked that $shit on the first page of Google for several keywords.

The other pages are the Privacy Policy, TOS, About Us and Contact Us page. I guess you have to consider those pages too, huh, but no-one really goes there...lol

Adsense all the way...in my case!

    Holla!~

I have a lot more room to expand though in the CPC area of things....

Its lower than I would really want it for the niche I'm in, but its all about marketing right now and getting traffic to the site before I mess with the CPC and targeting other countries

I like both - Advertising produces a small but steady stream of revenue that you can pretty much rely on to pay hosting and other business costs, while affiliate gives you random but large commissions that are a nice bonus.

I prefer affiliate marketing over adsense. It's more difficult, but you can earn more through affiliate marketing, than adsense. I suppose it depends on the site you have as well. Blogs with plenty of traffic can easily earn much from AdSense.

Hope that helps. Have a good day!

True say, but still... earnings are lower. I can tell you... one of my sites is in 2nd position in google.com for the following keywords "best mobile apps" and has only adsense. Earnings are around 2k (not bad for adsense only).
My second site is ranking 4th in google.com for for "best online casino" I am earning 4k from that one. No Adsense, pure affiliate marketing.

I think I prefer affiliate marketing. Adsense sites need a LOT of consistent traffic to make good money, whereas with affiliate marketing you don't need as much traffic, yet you can still make much more than you would with adsense. This is just my experience.

You have to be really patient with Adsense. If you're just starting there'll be days where you'll get as little as a few cents and then you'll eventually have a $1 day. You just have to be consistent with your site (content, traffic generation, etc.) and you'll eventually start making big money.

My vote goes to Affiliate Marketing. But If you are capable of doing both,it is great because you will make more money.

I'm like that right now with Adsense. But i feel it can be just as good as Affiliate marketing if you do enough work and are focusing on some good paying keywords. It can be a good steady stream of income monthly.

I work on both sites exactly the same. A week includes 2 new articles and around 20 new backlinks on each site.

I guess my question is for another thread, but Ill ask it just the same. Does anyone here know how to get approved real quick in Adsense? Do I need to have my own website for it?

No you dont need to have your own website. It's pretty easy to get approve but getting payed is another story if you dont have the right information.

Just sign up to Squidoo or Hubpages and start writing. They both offer to introduce you and get you approved into Adsense.
