Popcpm - Looking For More Publishers!

Dear Publishers,

We have just added worldwide inventory to the new system for POPCPM advertising section. We will be paying for all traffic. As of now we mainly need alot publishers who have a lot of traffic for US and Europe traffic. we are offering a minimum of $0.35 CPM for US Raw Traffic.

More than 50% of the trafic i send you is from USA, still my CPM is really low ( averag 0,05 )
So please don't tell you offer minimum 0.35$ CPM for Raw traffic from US

Since yesterday I put ads on my site but I see reports or one click printing or January 1: S is going.

 

money-cpm if you read correctly i just stated that we just released it. Past few days it hasnt been that amount and also the past few days were based on performance. As of now the CPM rates for US traffic is $0.35 minimum.

I know that, i just put back your tags when i saw this message, still my cpm is very low.

 

your cpm is at $0.15 ecpm due to a previous deduction on rev share on placements due to extremly low ctr. we have reset this but please make sure your ctr gets back up otherwise our advertisers will not want traffic from your placements.

You find the same excuse to anyone about low ctr and blame your publishers for that, so basically you get a goot rate only if people click on ads, pathetic and you consider yourself a CPM network?

 

When do we blame our publishers? We have never blamed our publishers for low ecpm. We only explained to them that if they want their ecpms high, their placements should also produce high results since some were complaining on why they had low ecpms when others had at least $0.30 ecpm. All cpm networks pay for impressions but if your sending impressions only and no results as clicks do you expect advertisers to reup on their balance. I believe not. Name one cpm network that is based solely on impressions. There really isnt any. All cpm networks scale off and give you extremely low ecpm if you dont show any results at all or have any ctr.

What our network does is try to at least stablize and make both sides happy. You can call us pathetic if you want but thats your opinion. We have been online for more than a year and we have always paid our publishers. We have rules in which we follow so that we have a good supply of advertisers and are able to keep our high rates.

I've been waiting to get my Payment for more than a month now and never got it...Every time I send an email to Jeff, he says he's busy and he's working on it...then what?!?!?

and now he stopped answering any emails anyway

 

BEWARE - It appears that POPCPM has stopped sending out payments to its publishers. They owe me over $5K in earnings. Support aka Jeff Hung is no longer responding to PMs, emails, skype or anything.

I will update this thread if I receive payment, otherwise i HIGHLY recommend not using POPCPM.

 

POPCPM haven't paid me yet, it's been more than 3 months now

And Jeff is not answering any emails anymore

 

Yeah I still have not received my payment yet. Weird, payment date appear "N/A".

 

I thought they are good network are they really turn into spam

3 months payment is too long to wait
