Selling [WTB] W4M leads to my dating websites

I have a couple of dating websites and i need real men signing up on them and hopefully get some sales.
I read some about buying W4M leads but not sure yet how it all works and how to get men signing up from leads i am buying.

I seen offers like $80-$100 / 1000 leads, i will get them to my email and i will use an auto-responder, but what to write in the emails im sending back, if you can offer W4M leads + explain how to make them convert into real sign ups you got a deal.
