I don't think you will ever have to worry about posting an occasional link for your friends. But the OP is definitely running afoul of the law in most countries.

There is also a misconception among some webmasters that just because they live in a rogue country that doesn't respect copyrights that they are somehow safe. Unless their hosting services computers are also physically located in that rogue country and all the income is generated from advertisers or affiliate programs located in that country, they are exposed to the reach of the legal remedies of countries whose laws they are violating. If someone thinks that they can sit in country X and serve illegal content to users in the United States and then collect big checks from U.S. companies like Google or Amazon and be immune from having those checks seized through legal procedures in the United States, they are living in a dream.

 

The OP is just looking someone's blessing that what he is doing is OK.
He wants to feel better about what he is doing, and regardless of what
you guys say; im thinking he is going to do what he wants anyway....

This stuff isn't worth the risk. It is much better and easier just to do something legitimate.

 

I got dmca notice before and followed the steps to remove copyright claimed content, the reason we take fast action is to keep our website live. If we did`t take action, they pm our host and it suspend our account without notice.
