    My balance for the month just hit 4 figures.

    Revenue on this site has been flying upwards (increase in CTR, CPM and CPC) since I got contacted by Google and got my own Adsense contact and I am LOVING it :D

    No, I'm not a premium publisher. I got flagged as having a medium-large tier site. But I've been flagged now, so we'll see what happens.

    I am unable to understand what do you mean by saying " I got flagged as having a medium-large tier site"
    I also earn 4 figure income from adsense for more than 6 months.

    4 figures is from $1,000 it' $33 a day, that's good, congratulations. But at one point I reached 5 figures in 2010 but wasn't contacted by adsense representative. But that is history now that they kicked me out last july :)

    They rang me up because they were contacting their medium-large tier publishers. I probably triggered something after I hit 1M ad impressions in a month. My site has always had a bit of a disconnect between the amount of traffic it gets and the amount of money I get from it, and is actually an exceptionally poor example of an adsense site so I hope I don't get any 'how did you do it' questions, it is just sheer volume of traffic and absolutely nothing else. And I don't build backlinks or anything, its just a fun site and people like it and they link to it. The site gets a surprising amount of direct traffic (ie, bookmarks) and a high proportion of visits from ipads. The top browser has been Safari for a long time now. Redid the site so it works well on small screens and saw a big jump in repeat traffic from mobile devices. Haven't added/changed anything on the site for over 6 months now, really should get back to that ...

    It may average to $33 a day but that certainly wasn't an even spread. The site gets basically no traffic over Christmas/first half of January, we're talking about 80% reduction from normal levels at holiday times. I'm really looking forward to next month :)

    Yes, what you are mentioning is correct, adsense has an personal interactive session with one of their adsense rep and yourself if you are a consistent earner, this is done by when you get an email and call from your local adsense representatives and they suggest you various measures to ramp up the earnings as well as to maintain the quality of the site, it is a nice interactive session in person over coffee at their office.

    Sigh I thought I was slowly getting there with 4,000 traffic a day. Now after those animals update I'm down to 1,500-2,000 ish. Guess I'll never get that privilege

    Congrats, glad to hear of these, rather than threads of Adsense being banned etc. Keep up the good work and do ensure that your web site is constantly checked against Adsense policies especially if they come out with new policies. You won't want such a profitable site in trouble with Google.
