What? Why? How? Get The Answers Now...

Hope you all are doing well.

I have started a blog of my own and was hoping that I could get some honest feedback on it.

Since I've been on DP for years now, I thought, what better way to get an opinion that to ask "You" the users of DP.

I am not really looking at generating income or anything from the blog as of now. Maybe in the future.

It has a lot of ... words. Posts shouldn't be so text-dense. Mix it up with some photos. You should also choose a particular topic to write on.

I wanted this blog to be about anything. That's why I haven't really given it a focus.

 

In the future you will find that the back linking efforts you put into this blogspot blog is a waste of time. Buy a domain and host it yourself

 

Looks great. You do want to add more images. Blogs with shorter text and more images/videos tend to get more people interested in them.

 

More pictures and videos... i actually read most of the content cause it was interesting! But many people will just click away cause they feel like they are in an exam.

 

It is good to make some keyword research at Google Keyword External Tool. Writing contents without any keyword research is just like wasting time and money.

I am trying to put up pictures with each post now.. Also, am trying to increase my presence on the web.. Have started a Facebook page

I'm even considering uploading a few videos like you guys have mentioned.

My advice is this

Your blog is not focused enough. I dont see too much of a problem with the writting...the font size could change a litle and Im not a fan of white fonts because it can strain the eyes. I would bring up the font size because you have to consider older viewers or those with eye problems.

You need to have some central theme i would have suggest or some overlying theme. such as a blog about travels would have different tings but centered around travel. This way you can attract and keep a following who is interested in your theme rather then just one article

 

you have a great content, but I think your niche is too broad. Bad if your goal is to earn money from it.

 

I think it look great.

 

Buy a Real domain with hosting!
