Website made over 250€ from Adsense in last month, and now it has over 1800 daily visitors.

 

SEMrush stats are nice for this but price is "good" too Any more screenshots of adsense would help.

 

I just got a private message saying that in the thread was mentioned PR3 and currently is PR2.

Please note; this thread was created two years ago and back then it was PR3.

However, traffic did increase over the period.

and it is up to the potential buyers/members to question his evaluations. in the end, the other party is expecting a payment for something, and he would need to rationalize his price. It is a requirement to ask sound questions before buying anything. And if people jump in and prevent others from asking questions (like you), people (like me) would have to come in ask those questions which you prevented, to learn the answers, instead of just reading what someone asked before and had answered.

I really don't see why on earth you are quoting a year old post besides of being a smart ass. I did not reply then because I didn't want to make the OP to feel uncomfortable and making this thread into a irrelevant discussion.I can easily prove my point and history of selling big sites before but for what purpose. I am not here to educate people on selling threads.
I have no problem of someone asking questions in a particular thread but when you are trying to publicly down value a site and passively forcing a seller to try undervalue his site publicly then you are actually hurting his sale whereas different people have different understanding of his site value. I have seen this done too much often. As any experienced seller knows, there are too much factor involved in you also need to actually see the site of its quality , type , plan etc. But if a newbie comes and see statements like "Oh we have to multiply by 10month with your adsense revenue, thats the max. I believe its expensive and people will not buy at that price. I know I will not... blaa..blaa.. << insert wise dude comment" you will most certainly hurt the OP.
