    The only thing I have been told is to be cautious about the kind of surface you run on (if that's what you're doing), particularly in the morning. Hard surfaces, like roads, aren't great for your legs in the morning because your legs are contracted.

    Though this is only something I've been told, I have no idea how much scientific backing it has.

    Morning is good if compared to evening because our metabolism is high in the morning which helps us to burn more calories..

    I think the better exercise is in the morning,
    immediately after waking up in the morning to drink mineral water and take for breakfast, including proteins.
    It will always make us healthier in the morning, then do jogging
    because the air temperature cooler mornings and very useful for breathing and our heart.
    Helps increase the pulse rate and metabolism and burn calories.
    More energy in activities throughout the day..

    Just workout. For me it is not important if I workout afternoon,in the morning or in midnight. It is more important what you will do. If you make nice schedule it isn't so important when you will doing that workouts. :)

    Exercising in the morning is scientifically proven to be the most beneficial.

    Especially cardio vascular exercise.

    Reason being, is your metabolism will be higher after exercise for the remainder of the day.

    Morning hours exercise is recommended but for lazy guys like you,you can do just before dinner.
    Its not advisable after dinner.
    I do mine very early in the money usually 4-5 am in the morning.

    The perfect time to workout is whenever you're basically capable to exercise Morning/Evening/Day/Night. Does not matter. Just my opinion.

    I also don't like getting-up early to work out. If I eat dinner around 5pm, I find I have enough time to digest my food and go to the gym for around 7pm. I was always told that it's hard to sleep if you workout before going to bed.

    Anytime is better than none....however morning is truly the best as your body is at its maximum for the day...but evenings are good also...just try not to eat 1 to 1 &1/2 hrs before you workout..and you should eat and consume proteins within 45 mins of finishing your workout..also not good to excercise within 1 hr of going to bed...you should keep your body in some kind of mild motion for at least 1 hr after your workout...another words..dont finish working out then just sit down...your body needs time to come down from the workout...and even simple motion for a period of time will allow this to happen....
