    I. Market and keyword study sites

    1. You need to know what area revolves customer site (or your). It is a niche with few competitors? Beat the sites wholesaler aged and authority? Are serious competitors only the first 1-5 places, or beat up on pages 3-4 in the SERP. So the first thing to do is to see against whom optimize.

    2. Keyword sites should be studied also in comparison with the competition. A useful trick is to get all your direct competitors and to study the source site. Most will put in <meta keywords> main keywords. From here you can fold to a) steal and you keywordurile, b) you inhale, c) go around certain keywords throughout heavy

To find suitable keywordurile have to see which ones are popular with users on search engines. You can do this with several "tools" that you find free on the net:

    - Wordtracker
    - Overture UK
    - Keyword Discovery
    - SEO Book Keyword tool

Not always the most searched keywords must also be targeted. Keyword sites of "long tail" can often bring more traffic than the main ones, because they are easier to bring in top. Personally, I prefer to set my sites on three tier keyword sites:

    - Tier 1 - Keyword major sites (high difficulty)
    - Tier 2 - keyword secondary sites (medium difficulty)
    - Tier 3 - keyword tertiary sites (difficulty small niche opportunity)

    II. Choice of Domain

If the field has not yet been chosen (at a proper site for example), there are some tricks that you can choose the domain name to be more SEO friendly. For example, domains with keywords throughout it will be more visible. If you want to sell "red eggs" a site like www. eggsred. com or www. eggs-red. appearance com keywords will have the exact name. However, it is not good to exaggerate and put names to areas like www. KEYWORD1-keyword2-keyword3-keyword4-keyword5. com because if it's likely to be penalized rather.

There is an advantage to have the form "KEYWORD1-keyword2" or "kw1kw2". When someone wants to put a link to your site, you will put in the 2 anchor text keyword links, so these links will help you more in the SERP.

You must be careful not to be considered your site actually two different sites containing dual form "www. area . com" the site is considered a subdomain of "http:// area. com" . Have made a redirection to a single address. For example, when someone writes in your browser address bar "area. com" to be redirected to "www. area. com". The same problem exists sometimes file "www. Industry . com / index.htm" and can be solved just with a redirect / rewrite the file. Htaccess which is in the root of the site. Most hosting companies have the non standard code rewrite in. Htaccess, but if your host does not have it, you can change your bagand htaccess code below:

    Options + FollowSymLinks
    RewriteEngine on
    RewriteCond% {HTTP_HOST} ^ domain. com [nc]
    RewriteRule ^ (. *) $ http:// www. domain. com / $ 1 [r = 301, nc]

    III. On-Site Optimization

On-site optimization refers to optimization "infrastructure" website:

    1. Tag <title>
    2. Meta tags
    3. Alt tags on images
    4. Formatting text (headinguri, bold, italic)
    5. robots.txt file

The title tag is probably the most important here, not only for SEO but for CTR (click through rate) in SERP (search engine results page). The title of each page should be different, is not considered duplicate content, but have the keyword in it's 2-4. For example, a title page in the form:

kw1, kw2 - site name, description with KW3 in it

PCTL is in my opinion the best moment.

Of meta tags, most are purely informative, the only ones that matter are somewhat meta description and meta keywords. What is written in the meta description appears below the title in SERP and it matters to you and here's one or two keywords. Meta keywords do not matter, at least not SE important sites. Furthermore, your competitors can enter, to see your power and steal your keywords (as I said above, the choice of sites kw)

Heading, bold and italic text matters less, but it matters. Obviously, bold keywords, nothing else idea is that the search engine sees the markup as a word is bold, then decide it's more important than the rest of the page and might be keyword.

Robots.txt is a file in the root of the website from which you can control how SE-sized crawlers index your site. You can tell them not to index certain pages of no-index attribute or not to transfer the authority of the site (eg PageRank) to no-follow. With a robots.txt and internal linking, you can control the total PageRank of the site and refocus it in a few important pages.

    IV. Optimized content

Is recommended that each page be at least 200 words with optimized content, or crawlers will have trouble "know" what's that page. Some believe that the text should be as high as possible, others say that everything is over 600 words is nothing. Personally, I write articles optimized for customers or for myself, I try to do more than 500 words with a keyword density of sites by 10% (so in 500 words, 50 kw sites are primary, secondary or tertiary)

I Content structure on the 3 tier sites I mentioned the keyword's.

Tier 1 to 1 introductory article that contains a small paragraph of the introduction and one other articles link to it. Articles from tier 1 to tier sites optimized kw 1 (kw main sites) in links and introductory paragraphs. For example, if you have a site mainly eggs and kw is the "chicken eggs" and kw are secondary sites "chicken eggs red" "yellow chicken egg", "old chicken eggs" I will use these in the anchor text that linkuieste Articles by side.

Tier 2 - Side items are built on secondary key terms. For me, this is the biggest stakes because here you can attract heavy duty traffic areas (ok, eg eggs was not the best, for it's not an area that have fierce competition). So optimize each article on only one side kw-ord, besides who stick 2-3 keywords throughout Tertiary, the long-tail.

Tier 3 - not all articles will also have a secondary tier 3, but if necessary, you can do an article tier 3 that is written on a keyword and link tertiary tier 2 watch the anchor text on your kw respectively.

If you work at a site that already has content, you can optimize less inserting keywords where they fit, or creating additional paragraphs that contain their keywords. In general, the most important is to defend keywords throughout the first two paragraphs of the article.

    V. Linking

Speak of 3 different types of links that help SEO:

    1. Internal links - external links from a web page on another page of the same site. These links help in faster indexing of your site by crawler but transmit and authority between pages. For example, if the main page of the site is important and has many links, putting an internal link on it to a secondary page, I can increase the latter's importance. With internal links and no-follow attribute you can control what SEO experts call "internal link juice".

    2. External links - links from your site, to other sites. This counts as much as you can, put links to sites that are relevant to your website domain. For example, if you have a site about cars, it's best to put some links to other sites important car. We give a concrete case. I have a personal website about playing World of Warcraft, which I brought prominently in the keyword SERP's extremely heavy sites, only external linking (we had about 100 external links to a site important in the field on each page).

    3. Inbound links (IBL) - links that bring others to your site. Not only will you get traffic from the sites that you are provided links, but they will send you their site and link juice. The more you get a link from a site that is more important, so Google will find it more important to your site and it will rise in SERP, you will get the supplemental index or index it will complete. It's important and IBL form on the site: the most benefit from an increase in SERP if the IBL comes to you with a keyword in the anchor text. So website with eggs, an IBL will have more value if the link is set as "Easter eggs" unless it's set as "a great site visit HERE".

IBL's are most important and are outside your control (the complete control internal and external) so you have to get through three methods:

    1. Link exchange - ask for a link on another site, putting them in return link to your website
    2. Paid linking - buy a link from another site
    3. Content quality - quality content writing, you get links from other sites that will contribute to raising pages respectively and consequently the entire contents of your site. Quality content can expand viral, so it has unlimited potential.

    VI. Website design

Who says that designing a website is not important in terms of optimization has no idea, to be honest. First, architecture is important for indexing links and name links may have some weight. A link like .com/keyword1.php field will matter more than the same link, form field .com / interestthings.php.

Graphic design is again important because you want your site to load quickly, do not sit crawler for you. Sure, a crawler indexes a page within milliseconds, but I know of her work can aggravate if you have pages of 500-600KB or more. In addition, an efficient design is more "time on page" and more page impressions, which I personally think are important in how your site is evaluated.

If you do a full flash website, even if it looks good, you should know that a crawler can not index text in flash. There are all kinds of tricks, such as using text from external files, sIFR technology and others, but again, more determined search engines, so it can not be good with javascript Just can not (yet) indexed text a JS. Opinion of using excessive and totally unnecessary JS nav bar links or pop-ups with content.

Last but not least, the images, which eventually hold design can have an important role in optimization. Module engine Google, Google Images index images on websites by size, other tags and content to which they are put, and pictures so be optimized so as to include sites in other keyword tags, have a size (both dimensions and number of kb / mb) that can be indexed.

To see what results had SEO campaign, you must know what you started. At the beginning of the campaign, notes somewhere on the average traffic last month, conversion rate (if it comes to selling a product / service / ad) and positions in SERP for keywords that are to optimize sites.

You can check your site's SERP for a keyword with:
