Keywords Not Ranked In Serp

My some keywords is never ranked in search result some is in top ranking. I am searching reason but fail to find the exact reason. I want to find the reason........

 

Make theme related links with different ips if you add your site on Webmaster tool go there and check your keywords exact position then do link building some time keyword need time to rank
