Google ranks are mostly lost because you have duplicate content on your site, you have poor inbound links or the quality of your content is not what Google considers trustworthy.

 

There is many new things coming up for SEO in 2013.
Will be updated soon with big Research and Examples.

each Google update bring with it ups and down in the SERP's. This fluctuation is natural since the SEO parameters (for Google) changes continuously. this is because many webmasters can keep up with all those changes and very fast find a way around the good practices.
until sites and content are useful for the visitors with the only aim to provide a true service, Google will keep on messing around with the parameters

 

Nicely put. ANd correct - if your content doesn't pass Google, you can forget about ranking anymore.

Big mistakes which mostly SEOs done in all SEO.

1) Anchor Tag mistakes -
Anchor tag is best way to make backlink - but now google changed ....
Now google loves to make your variations in keywords + Best anchoring methods like -

a) In your content the keywords Density must be only 1%
b) Use keywords variations - like
Main keyword - SEO Services
Variations - online seo services , cheap seo services, best seo services
Note- You have analysis best keywords research and have to make best variations

1) Edit all Articles / blogs / Anchored content where you put your content with above methods
2) Index all links again with process

Re the variations - ALL your 'variations' contain the main keyword. It would be better to use variations like

SEO Support
Search engine optimization services
Search optimization agency

etc

 

Point No.2) Use Genuine and Great content !
- Make sure your content must be informative
- With proper anchors
- Knowledgeable content
- Publish content with Genuine Identity ( Not Unethical or fake Identities) .
- If possible make the page attractive with images which can give you definite traffic

Use Video Optimization - Videos are best way to get users traffic. And Its used more than 50% over the internet to get sales. So - You can also get benefit with it
a) Original Content video - Only Genuine video must be used
b) In YouTube a user did not spend more than 30 seconds to 60 seconds to check/ see video - if its good then they continue. So, video length not more than 1 min to 2 mins but attractive and knowledgeable.
c) Use proper Meta tags , Title, Keywords, Descriptions in Video Submissions

d) Use proper CALL TO ACTION in your description.

g) Share - Share your videos on your social networks to get Viral traffic.
h) Syndicate your video Rss in different sites.

- Use Click here, Read More , great article - in variations
- Use naked URL to make anchor
- Do not do keywords stuffing in anchoring -
- Use only Genuine content in Submissions

These are best Points on which you have to concentrate.
