How To Remove Backlinks Created From Directory Submissions?

Is these any way with the help of which i can remove back links created from directory submissions?

True, but 301 can be an option too, create a redirection from htaccess

 

Use a 301 how? I've used a lot of them in the past and it's now my opinion that they have completely lost their effectiveness. The sites that I did have existing 301s on starting losing a lot of rankings and I have been slowing phasing them all out.

I have also done a test with the disavow tool on a few sites and saw little to no effect from using that.

Now, when I have a site that is "messed up" for whatever reason - penalty, bad links, etc. - it's simply easier to just cut my losses and it move it to a brand new domain.
