GagThat runs Wordpress and just this month had a theme switched over (previously ran the MeGusta theme). The site currently has 637 posts that were each added by hand over time. All the images have come from a variety of places including Pinterest, Bing Images, and Google Images. Adding new content is as simple as adding a new post in WP. The Pinterest, Facebook Page, and Twitter account will all be included with the sale!

Traffic
The site gets a majority of its traffic from Google. It also has traffic coming in from Facebook, Pinterest, Link Exchanges and many other places. Traffic has started to slow down towards the end of this month due to lack of work or updates on the site. The site does run Analytics and I can add you to the analytics for further viewing if you send me your analytics email address. In the meantime, you can view some traffic screenshots below:

Revenue
I currently have two different forms of advertising on the site - Adsense and Maxbounty. The theme allows one adsense 728x90 banner in the header, two 250x250 adsense banners in the top right, two 250x250 maxbounty banners on the right side, and one maxbounty banner on the bottom right. There is also one 468x60 adsense banner below each post. Please keep in mind that prior to January this website was running a slower theme with less ad unit placements on it. @shereenleo786 - The content has all been added manually by hand. The site doesn't use any type of automated pulling for content.

 

How does one update the site? Is there a CMS currently being used? Would you be willing to show the buyer how to make updates to the site? Would you also be willing to share your sources for images/content and also how to generate traffic for this type of website?

That is true but over a period of time, a non automated site is really a hassle

 

i see avg is $40 is avg rev. and i think best price is 6 month revenue : $240

Non-Automated sites are not a hassle. They are better for search engines and it's even better that Wordpress gives you the ability to add content in there as well. Not to mention, adding content into these kinds of sites is really pretty quick and simple.

Update: There are now 665 posts on the site.
