Feedback Why My Signatures Are Gone

I am a member of the DP since a couple of years and have been paying for the Premium membership a couple of times. I recently noticed that my signatures are gone since a new UI have been introduced.
Please can anybody suggest me what to do.
Is there any way to contact tech support?

Hi mate,

Yes, it's a bit of a change to what is was before, but to get your signature back you just need to get three posts liked by established members. A few tips that might help you:

1. Don't beg for them (people have been getting banned for that).
2. Choose a section that is your speciality and help some people out with problems they are experiencing.
3. Don't worry if the person you're helping can't give you a like anyway. There's a chance a helpful post will attract a like from anyone.

Great and thank you for the words of encouragement! I would liek already to like your post ... How would I do that. The DP UI is a bit more confusing than other social sites

 

You can like posts once you're an established member. There will be a link next to reply.

It's when you become "Established Member" (receive three likes for your posts). Just below your avatar is your like count.

 

Oh... I see ... Somebody should like my posts 3 times before I can get be authorized to like somebody else ... very clever

 

Yeah. I can't remember what thread it's in, as there are so many likes about now, but Shawn (digitalpoint) has posted a few times about its intent (to deal with low quality users, the spam). So, as long as you're capable of quality posts, I wouldn't worry about it.

You can surely remove your rainbow colored design at the top of your website . The appeal is reduced due to that. And add some meaningful looking flash videos in place or advertisements that would definitely work better for your business if you're aiming to get some revenue out of it.
