    You can:
Sell it: flippa.com (or google other domain/site selling services)

    Parking:
    1) Adsense for domains: http://www.google.com/domainpark/index.html
    2) Or check our this page: http://www.domainbits.com/domain-parking/

    Hope this helps ;)

The sky is the limit basically!
I recommend to do it about something you love and passionate about - this way you will invest more time and have added value for users.

Don't start a website just because you have a domain that is cool - do it because you can create useful content.

In case you don't want to put too much effort creating content - a directory of sites would be the easier choice. (you can advertise it on fiverr.com for quick orders).

    Hope it helps

I would suggest building an eCommerce website with ready to use products or may be a directory of professionals in different crafts.

@rdesignr it looks like you're looking for a map to make money. While using some sort of a strategy is good what you have to be able to do is start without fear.

Starting is hard because when you start you might fail. With your new site you should be willing to try and fail at your new venture but test what works and what doesn't and continually improve your business daily.

Watch this video then buy and read Seth's book Linchpin and you won't be scared to start your business.

I would recommend getting a tool created (or may be a wordpress plugin) that allows the creation of templates or theme files automatically and provide the users with a "ready-made" solution with little tweaks.

You can also use wix.com CPA program to monetize it.

Making themes for WordPress is not a good idea, have you seen how many there are? http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/ and in the premium theme market have been saturated.

And Wix sites look extremely cheap.
