    Try reading the huge notice at the top of the page:
    "This area is depreciated and is no longer accepting new threads or posts. This section has an official marketplace now."
    and just below it you will see a button that says "Enter Marketplace", click it and see what happens....

    To me it look like that that are has been closed by admins and no further threads or replies can be made in this area also they have added that category to market place so any further threads or replies on that topic should be done in marketplace ....that's why market place button is visible too
