    Hi friends,
Would you tell me that if i copy paste the small amount of content(unique content) of my website in Google search , then it will determine the ranking of my website. Today i have done this and found that my site did not appear in Google results and i saw different sites result for my search. what do you think..

That won't "determine" the ranking of your site. If you are wanting to know what you are ranking for, you can find out in your Google webmaster tools dashboard.
You can find a nice free keyword tracking tool here --> https://tools.digitalpoint.com/tracker
    to monitor your keywords rankings.

No, i only want to know that if i paste some content of my site in Google search, then my site should be on the top result as i have used unique content for my site. But it shows another different results that are not under my expectations.

If your content is unique, that is, it is only found on your site, then your site should show on the top of the search results. However, if there are other sites that quoted or used your content, then they would also show on the search results.

Hope that helps. Have a good day!

Yes, content is unique. Is there any effect of small amount of content that i have pasted in the Google search? Or I should have to paste large amount of content of my site in Google search?

One whole sentence should be enough, and Google will show you which sites have the same exact sentence on your site.

Hope that helps. Have a good day!

Check 32 words at a time as Google allows for it under double quotes. If different results do not show up, that means you content is unique and pasting your text for checking does not mean you are checking the results for your keywords. So don't panic if your site doesn't come on top, it's your keywords which have to rank, and you need not fear if your content is unique.
