    I know only two types of seo techniques, White Hat SEO and Black Hat SEO in which white Hat SEO is the natural work for seo.

    Blue Hat does not ever exist. Its a blog. When a blog suggests some seo techniques then its called the name of the blog with seo techniques. like "bloomtools hat seo".

    I agree. Too many people get caught up with the words and lingo. The best thing to do, would be seeing whats the right way to go, getting natural links and stick to it.
