How Long To Get Ranked

Hi, I started my website at the beginning of January. It has been indexed by Google. I SEO optimized the site using well researched keywords. Now I am looking at adding backlinks. Can someone tell me how soon should I expect to see the site rank at any level in Google? Does it take months or can it be weeks before a new domain can see improvement in traffic?

 

It all depends your how much popularity your website gets and good you implemented that SEO.
Google PR gets updated every few months for most websites out there, even though this isn't true any more since I saw a lot of website getting PR updates all year round.

You need wait and build dofollow backlinks, because those are the ones you want if you are planning to get PR. It may take a few weeks/months or you may never get PR, it all depends on almighty Google.

Yes, i think it will need months, on my experience i never get rank soon if i use fresh domain, but i don't know others SEO expert experience get...

 

Well, It depends on how competitive your keywords you want to ranked for are and how much your competition has put into SEO. The mor ecompetition the harder.

It depends on if you did everything right in todays standards or a few weeks ago standards or a few months ago standards. Google changes how they rank whenever they feel like it and have done so twice in the last 2 months alone.

So the answer is, from a few weeks for low competition and lower ranking to 6 mo. or more for higher competition and higher rank, it could even be never for top ranking with competiton who does everything better.

 

From my experience 10 days to rank a tag 20 days to rank a page.
Thats with just content no links.

 

Generally in weeks depending on the quality of sites you have put your links in.

 

We expect mass GPR updade in the next few weeks, so pray Google likes your site content

 

This all relates to how often your website gets crawled for new content, and when do you link to related high PR sites, its doing the same for you, if you gain links by any of the high PR.

Aim for sites that are related to your website, in PR 5-9.

Probably it would be take a month to get rank the keyword in search engine. But you can increase the number of backlinks from the begin of promotion itself.

 

Result will take minimum 3to 4 month however your keyword may be.

Not long. Especially if you link back and forth to it with a Blogger blog.

If the keywords are really competitive and you have weak backlinks pointing to your site, it may take some time, in your case a year or maybe a little more.
