    I have a college football fight song website for sale. I'm not going to lie, this website is pretty ugly -- that's because it hasn't been updated since 2006. Talk about a handoff, make money without doing anything type of site ... this is it. The site is going into it's 7th year with absolute zero maintenance and it's still growing in traffic and making money. With a little work, someone could turn this site into something huge.

    Every year there is a new influx of college freshman who have no idea what th lyrics are to their school's fight songs. People will always be searching for these lyrics.

    Why am I selling such a strong money maker?
    I'm not in a dire need to sell, but could use the funds to help with a new project I'm working on.

    Traffic is actually on the rise over the past few years.

    Since the site first started with Adsense on January 25, 2006 it has done $6,297.35. When you look at the screenshot you will see the graph is in waves. The crest of the waves represent football season.

    Year 7 - $77.32 (1/25/2011 - 4/23/2012)

    NOTE: Year 7 looks low, but that's because we haven't hit football season yet. This site does almost all it's traffic/revenue from Aug - Dec

    - I think you mean year 7 is 1/25/2012 - 4/23/2012 (not 1/25/2011 - 4/23/2012)
    - Typically sites sell for 10-18 months worth of revenue round here, you'll be lucky to get 24m.
