    Which website designing tool is best and user friendly also should be SEO Friendly?
    WordPress i tried but i dont like it as this is not that much user friendly which i wanted too and that is specifically for blogging.

    I don't think you can call WordPress a website designing tool. It is a ready-made website offering considerable scope for extension. I would think softwares such as SiteBuilder and DreamWeaver are more appropriately called "website designing tool".

    I agree with Poon. Website designing tools would be softwares such as DreamWeaver or NotePad++.

    I think the simplest option for you would be a website builder. I know GoDaddy offers this. Check them out.
