Recovering From Panda Update #24 Possible?

Hey guys, well basically I started my website about 2 months ago, the website was getting 400+ visits a day, and on january 22nd the traffic dropped to ~100 a day since. Although on the same day I did put on a brand new theme, not sure if that is the issue, but I am having some concerns.

Is this permanent, will or can my website recover? My website is in the tech niche btw, it has 100% unique content, no copy and pasted.

    Any idea's to why?

The theme shouldn't have impacted your traffic.

Do you know where most of your traffic is coming from?

You can figure out why it's dropping if you know where it's coming from.

Do you keep track of competitors? When i have a site with a niche and traffic droos after and update... its usually because I didnt do well at keeping my rank in thr search engines under certain keywords.

Nothing is permanent, you can recover.

It was a Panda update at the end of January, but if you say you have original content maybe is not this the cause.

Take a look at your Analytics to see positions for keywords that brings traffic. Look in Google WMT to see there are no errors there, you do not have malware flag, you do not block site via robots.txt or noindex metatag.(via new theme).

Make like @rebelagent says, track a few important keywords weekly to know what is happening with them.

I dont get what you mean by "you do not block site via robots.txt or noindex metatag.(via new theme)." how can I check that?

In your robots.txt file on your site. Do you have one?
Basically tells the spiders what they can and can't view.

So like abraham said, look for any that are noindex metatag.
    It could have affected you.

I'm no expert in this, but generally if something drops for me it's because competition did better in keywords than me on a particular page.... or i screwed my robots file. More so the first one since I rarely change my robots file.
