    I drink way more than 3 cups of coffee per day. I can't be on the computer without having a cup of coffee by my side. Coffee is my best mate, it's always with me. :D

    Two coffee/ day.

    Conform recent research studies, one cup of coffee or other drink that contain cofein is good for us.
    Maybe the studies are payed by big coffee leaders and just manipulate us, never know.

    Drink only green tea I think is the best option. :)

    Dislike coffee, but love coffee milk which is something that I will never understand. All drinks with caffeine are not that good for you in the long run, plus loss of sleep is not worth it.
