Any Black Seo Is Legal?

I need to boost SEO to my new web, i have to try usually SEO tips, like onpage and offpage (backlink).
but, when i try using some black SEO trick, my web have more indexing from google.
in your opinion and your experience, are "was they say" black SEO is legal..? if not, why?

I dont think so . at least if it works some period it will be not the same in the futur .
Alot of black seo tricks has been wiped out and without any effect nowaday ..

 

Black hat is not legal or illegal, just against the rules of the search engines.
Google can penalize you for using such tactics, like deindexing your site, but won't sue you for using them.

As someone said, it is not legal or illegal. If you want your site to be visible, most secure solution is white hat seo. Google Panda update is exactly against black hat and they constantly work on killing it.

use black beside white. black only using when some white are doing good.

As Winagain said, Black hat is not legal or illegal. Black Hat Ways means using the technical ways which are against the rules of search engines. These type of sites get high ranking in search engines but its just for a while. If search engine find them then, they can punish them for these type of activities. For example Search Engines can permanently banned them from their Search Engine.

 

Its not illegal. Although Google would like you to consider that to hide it's algorithmic flaws.
