If you are new into this and have been reading this article then the prominent question that should have crossed your mind is what precisely organic SEO could be all about. It is the phenomenon where your own website and link keeps being originated on the search engines like Google and Yahoo without you even spending a dime on making your links be awarded with the top position. This is not all- your links firmly hold on to their records of winning the top rank for a very long time to come. So, do you think this could be the appropriate description for you to understand the phenomenon? This certainly is not the right definition but at the least, it is fetching in some huge benefits for you and your business!

This inclination seems to exist when it comes to search engines too. Since with Google and Yahoo, you can easily but your way to the first rank, therefore, people don’t really feel much confident about those websites which had to buy their way in. Because then, it gives the people the idea that the content published in these websites should be so average that it required the presence of monetary dealings.

Take help of your friends and critics for checking the quality of your content. Copy scape can check duplicate content but it is not smart enough to judge your content's quality.

    Hi,

This is something quite difficult to judge if you are not experienced. I am a webmaster and in this field for last 3 years still sometimes I fail. Here is my techniques if you are doing link building.

    • You must check the page is recently cached by Google.
    • Page is directly connected to home page
    • Should not be redirected to other page or domain
    • Must have related content if it is a link page then outbound links should be related to your theme. Make sure there should not be links pointing to Viagra and other sites .....
    • You can PA/DA of site in case of article exchange or if you are paying for links
If site match the above criteria make sure at your end not just provide the anchor text and url for linking. Provide a short description and place your link inside the description.

I hope this will work for you.

    Thanks,
    Alenzo Kepper

A website's quality can be gauged by its age, page rank and the number of back-links it has built up.

The first thing to check is for the website or blog page is no follow and no-index? If its no follow or no index, the link may not be useful.

Uniqueness of content and regularly updating content are important. Search engines need to visit that site in order to index your link, so if the content is copied or fairly static, there is no reason for search engine bots to come back again.

if you want traffic, then you gotta see if that site has a social media presence and stuff like that. If you just want SEO effects, then just simply checking their website's PageRank will be good enough.

Yes, this is the best way if you are submitting the article while your article should be readable and related to the website theme.

Most have it down, so follow whats being commonly said on this thread.

So you want related sites, because most likely the traffic targeted for gaining inbound links.

As for page rank, its best to know the proper order.

Initially out of this order, you want the highest number, because that means its being crawled constantly for new content and you want that for your website.

    PR 0 = nothings happening
    PR 1-2
    PR 3-4
    PR 5,6
PR 7-9 the most top pr you can get

Unique quality content is the main thing. No keyword stuffing, no weird sentence length distributions, no link over-optimisation, no 'spun' text, no onpage replication... and so on.
