    yes, you can submit single page in 100 bookmarking site but you must have to change the title and description every 25 bookmarks if you really want to get quality back links.

    Exactly. PR will generally give you a good indication.

    OP, only the top 20 will give you any traffic potential, and that's dependent upon how interesting your story is. Doing hundred of lower PR bookmarks is effective, but you absolutely MUST vary your anchor text to avoid over-optimization issues.
