Bug Pm Not Recieve

    Hi,
    I am getting notification through E-mail that I have received a new conversation from a user but in My DP Account Inbox New conversations aren't being displayed from any member..


    I have recieved two email notification today but their is no conversation in my Inbox. Please help me with this urgently

    No, i am no receiving any new massage here, it remains as it is only getting email notification...

    I believe it is happening due to re-indexing which is still in process. Do not worry soon a Member of Admin or moderator will provide resolution of your problem.

    I faced the same problem. My contacts didn't recieve any notification on my reply/pm. I have to create a new conversation in order to get notice. Hopefully this will solve out soon.

    Same here. Getting notification but nothing in conversations. And when i try to reply a conversation it gives error "digitalpoint error, this feature is available via post only".

    I didn't get it, what does it mean? Given URL ends up with Error...

    I would like to add one more thing that I am able to receive new conversation (PM) in my Inbox from new users. With whom I never did any conversation earlier...

    But, I am not able to receive messages from those users who have already sent me PM before XF updates.

    help me with this issue

    Not really sure to be honest... Everything I look at and test seems to work fine. I've started a conversation with myself from a test account, etc. and it always seems to work no matter how I try it.
