I like the design. The login link in the footer blends in with the red background making it tough to see. If it's not a public community-based website, you might want to remove the link. If not, you should make it more visible so that users can sign up for an account and upload their own videos.

 

Thanks for the feedback, ya the login link is for me mostly as i hate typing the link in the bar to login, no members can upload videos , i kinda don't allow that as when letting people upload vidoes it takes a lot of resources and also long term issues with copyright ect.

Great site indeed. Please edit the spelling of Videos in the top link. Your site is designed in black and red evenly. You may think of highlighting the links you believe important with other colors, so that they stand out. Good site.

If you was on about the link in the nav bar that has been fixed , It was a mistype, thanks for pointing that out.

 

I'm really not liking the design, when I saw the domain was Funvids4u I was expecting a more funkier looking design, it looks more corporate than fun imo.

 

You are one of a few that has said the color scheme dos not fit, Would lighter colors fit better?

 

Each to there own I guess, I would definately go for lighter colours and spice up your logo.

Im not a designer, or i would make one , and getting one made costs a lot to be designed and coded , funds i do not have at the moment, inless the site takes off.

Yello/Orange would be a little bright on the eyes i think.

I have the 3 colors below, i took screenshot of them, don't know what the best one would be.

I like how it's all organized. My only concern is that I think it's a bit too dark. There's too much black I suppose. Maybe if you change the background color to something slightly lighter then everything would be fine.

Also, I only see a Login button. I think you should create a link right next to that for a Registration instead of having to click Login and then clicking Register. Just direct the link to the WP's registration file.

 

Much better, i'd go with red.

 

Also feel free to use that text I showed you, I can change the colours if you wish.

 

The login box is more for me to be honest , as you do not have to login to the site to comment , as it has facebook comments that runs of your facebook.

Yep i was thinking of doing White/Red to start with , will see what others have to say for a few days before i deside.

Thanks i do have the psd for the logo on all the colors i have , i just suck at Photoshop, maybe i will have to get a pro looking one made somtime.

Yep there is Prank Videos on there and i will be adding a lot more Videos in the next few days.

 

Oh definitely, go with the red. It's very attractive to the eyes. I'd implement that ASAP!

Also, I think you should add some prank videos if you don't have them already.

Ok.. I have updated the color/template to White/Red hope this is better than the Black/Red that was on the site.

It definitely was. I think the Red/white is 10x better than the black/red. The black with red was just too dark. I feel it's much more lively when it's the red/white.

Good job SKULL. Now I think you should focus more on adding content.
