you can use facebook in many ways such as if you want to use face book for your business perspectives then you can use it in many ways such as you can regularly post your newly updates of your sites on your friends timelines so that not only your friend but also your friend of friends can see your post and secondary you can make a face book page and there you can post your updated and makes many likes for your page. Now face book also giving a FBML language through which you can make your FB page more interactive.

So nice of you for initiating this important thread. Actually, facebook privacy setting has improved but still need to be improved. As, I don't want that friends of my friends could see my photos but still they are able to see. Facebook should get concerned about this. And, conclusively, facebook is the best social connection site. All have an account and so I have, in a result, I could contact with all of my friends.

 

My thoughts on facebook that it will become another myspace

 

1-

2- I have facebook because is the number 1 site as we speak, where you can share whatever you want with others.

3- I think the purpose of facebook is to make people connect with others easier than ever before, especially wiht the new graph thing that came out a few weeks ago.

4- I don't use facebook much. If I use facebook, I use it only for business purposes.

 

1. Don't really pay attention to them much. They seem to work though.

2. I mainly have a Facebook to interact with my friends. I also use it occasionally for business, but definitely not as much.

3. I think that the purpose of Facebook is to connect with your friends and see what is going on in their lives.

facebook life of my business and it is network of my friends. i am happy from facebook

 

1) Facebook privacy settings are good for me due to several privacy features given by Facebook.
2) I have Facebook for my friends, for its interesting applications, new status, updates from friends, and also for business purposes.
3) Facebook is a social networking site, so its purpose is to connect people( As per my thinking)
4) I use Facebook by changing my updates, chat with friends, using interesting Facebook applications..

 

Facebook is great social network. You can promote your products through facebook easily. But if you want to market your products through facebook it is better to create a facebook page.

1. Facebook Privacy setting is best way to protect your privacy if you really know how to use it.
2. I do use Facebook mainly for information, but it also a source of entertainment for me.
3. The purpose of the facbook is to interact people with each other and stay connected all the time.

That is great idea. I think Facebook privacy setting is more than enough. You have to follow the rules. Facebook is the largest social site. So I have a Facebook id and I got a lot of my old and lost friends. Thank you Facebook. I use the Facebook for sharing my opinion and being update about all the activities about friend circle.

 

The FB privacy settings work very well for me. I set up different friend lists (such as local friends, business friends, running friends, etc.) so that I can use those settings to post certain things only for that particular group of friends. I also have business pages and a non profit page. So I use Facebook for both personal and business reasons.

My opinion is that facebook is a giant time suck

• Not bad. I guess they have to make sure people are OK with it to maintain their members. Nevertheless, many stories have been shared of people who had some issues with the privacey policy on FB. I never had any problems with it.

2. Why do you have Facebook?

• Yes, but I didn't use it for the previous 2-3 years.

3. What is the purpose of Facebook?

• To show off. Even tho, initially it was to connect with others (I guess), but now it is purely to show off. That's why there are so many people posting a pictures of their new cars, last holiday trip, new 1,000,000 inch TV, sew sofa, desk, sink in the kitchen, their "wise" faces on a half nude pictures made with a phone in a pubs restroom etc.

4. How do you use Facebook?

• If I use it, I only do it to promote something. I don't use it for any personal reason.
