What Do You Think About Number "13"?

I just registered a good short domain name with number 13 attached in its name. However I forgot to think that some peoples might feel uncomfortable for this number personally. So I would like to have your opinion as peoples perspective.

    - What do you think about the website with "13" number attached in it? Will it cause you feel uneasy or miserably when you see or visit them?

    - Is there any negative side effect for the name with number "13" attached when do marketing?

Thank you in advance for your opinions. :)

On October Friday the 13th 1307 King Phillip IV of France ordered the arrest and imprisionment of all the leaders of the Knight Templars. He also siezed all their worldly goods, lands and titles. Because of this the number 13 has been forever associated with bad luck. Even today modern skyscrapers do not have a 13th floor.
This all came about as a silly superstition in the middle ages when we were collectively uneducated. That is no longer the case and we do not have an excuse to be wary of the number 13.

Well, if you want to go that deep into things, this year, 2013, is going to be the year that is unlucky for everyone? Right?

They just think that the #13 is associated with bad luck..But, what about Friday the 13th? A scary movie? Jason? Halloween?

    Holla!~

I don't think anyone will avoid your site because #13 is in the domain name. Does the number have any bearing on what the site is about?

For me, the number “13” in not an evil number as the devil has gotten us to believe. But rather, it is a number of great promise and blessing. The number “13” is a number of great blessings given by God.

I cannot find anything with it. Because people will not come to your site by the domain name you have but by the contents you have decorated with. So, dont take any panic with your domain name.

I consider any domain with a # in it to be junk, no matter what number it is. ;)

My condo building doesn't have a floor called 13. It skips from 12, 14. But the floor called 14 is in fact 13. I once bought a condo and got a $50,000 discount because it was No. 13. Changed the number to 12B and sold at a profit a few years later. There's money to be made from No. 13.

This is post No. 13 of this thread.

Obviously, 13 is a big factor and for that it has to be between “$” and “Million” otherwise nothing. Believe me 13 is nothing but a digit even if 7. :)

I don't have a bad association with the number 13 because I'm not someone who is superstitious. I don't think its seen as something negative. With marketing you can always create a positive spin on something and make it your own. If I were you I wouldn't worry about it. Only people who are highly superstitious would avoid something like that.
