Can't Add Bank With My Paypal Account

Hello,

I, from INDIA, never use any paypal before and recently I create a Paypal account. I used my debit card (ICICI Bank) to verify, but I can't add my bank account with my paypal account. I tried so many times..but failed...can anybody help what is the procedure?


Is there any such way where some minimum amount of money need to send from bank a/c to payapl a/c ? if yes, then how much and what is the procedure?


Please help me.

 

What error message do you get when adding bank account?

Also, debit cards won't work with PayPal

 

Yes, I did to contact with Customer Support of paypal...they replied that



PayPal made two small deposits to your bank account on 19-Dec-2012.

1. Check your bank account and note the exact deposit amounts.
2. Log in to your PayPal account and click Confirm bank account on the Account Overview page.
3. Enter the two deposit amounts.

After these, I tried many times according to this mail...but my pp a/c didn't connect with my bank a/c

There is one more step will taken by paypal that is it will credit your a/c by 1.99 dollar and send you 4 digit code for verification your debit card. After this procedure you can add your bank.

Let me ask about this type of step has been taken?

Thanks...but how can I credit $1.99 into my a/c...due to verification also, I can't send any amount into this a/c.

you don't need to credit any penny to your paypal a/c. Paypal itself credit your a/c via your debit card then notification of charge will send by your bank in msg. And that msg contain that 4 digit code.

Kamona, The Day you have got the mail from PayPal that Check your bank account and note the exact deposit amounts. Kindly either using ATM or visiting Bank and check mini statement of your account for the same date and you will find the AMOUNT PayPal has credited into your account and in statement details you will see 4 digits code sent from PayPal.

When You have these 2, just login to your PayPal, you will see option in your PayPal Verify Bank Details, Submit both details amount and that code and Woo.La Laa its done

I did already which you described, but after 3-4 days I got a massage "You recently tried to pay with PayPal but the transaction was declined because your debit/credit card provider did not allow it to go through. "
