Social networking, blog commenting and using forums should be the type of link building technique to use after you have created a solid foundation, but that's my personal opinion.

 

I prefer article submission and forum posting with a link in Sig. Seems to work the best, its just a lot of work for one person.

 

I think for getting best google back link we should link on quality relevant website, the google penguin check all your links and if they bad or spam then that can punish you.
