    google is mainly renowned for search engine world and it is the best search engine.recently google's android operating system for smart phone has got the highest popularity.but i think windows is the best operating system for both laptop and desktop computer.

    Both are totally different field unless Google comes up with their own operating system. I don't mean Android. I mean as in operating system for normal computers. Then we'll see who is better.

    Well now this question is outdated. No one cares what bing is doing. We have one website ranking on number one position but still not getting even 10 visitor a day. And it is highly searchable keyword on Google.

    Although Google is probably more successful, I would say without Microsoft, Google wouldn't be as popular (at least, I doubt it).
    Most people use a Microsoft system, so if Microsoft wasn't here, only people who knew how to use Linux and such could view Google. In otherwards, Google is dead without Microsoft. They may have won the battle, but that's their lifeline.

    In Which part? Internet Browsers? OS? or Search Engines? In internet browsers nobody is a winner. We have lots of choices… in OS, Google is far behind MS and its only developing mobile devices OS. And as far as search engines are concerned undoubtedly Google is a winner.
    MS has a huge product line including OS, games, consoles, development softwares, voice facilities etc. So Google has no match with MS. Both are master of their fields.

    Google is a promising Internet company and Microsoft is older and powerful software company.The same is that they all develop the operating system, but Google for mobile phone and Microsoft for PC.

    Microsoft are the creators of some massive products such as Xbox Live and Hotmail, whereas Google obviously own Google and YouTube, the two biggest websites on the internet. It's a hard decision for me but I would say Google is the bigger company.

    To talk of future on how technology is changing so fast, I think Google is greater than Microsoft, many different operating systems have divided the sole users of windows into two but majority are still using google every seconds of the day
