A blog made on home styling and decorating.
It is one of its kind and very rare on the internet and has every single article unique and hand written.

The traffic is very decent of 2000 UV per day and 3000-4000 PV's.
The earning is mostly from adsense and now it is disabled coz of some other reasons.

Site is healthy and has 200 backlinks and gets mostly USA, UK, Turkey, India traffic.
The site is 2 years old and used to have PR2.

Assetsunset it is not banned. As i mentioned due to my other blog it was banned.

And copyscape links arent working,probably some old articles maybe copied from us.

 

When we renew domain, it shows original date the domain was registered for the first time. It is a dropped domain then.

It was in xtraorbit first then i bought it in namecheap. I have proofs for it in my mails, and please don't reply if you are not interested to buy.

 

Well being a buyer, I have right to ask where I'm doubtful.

The explanation you are giving is completely wrong. Even when you change domain registrar, it shows date when it was registered first time.

You are absolutely right but as I mentioned it was on a different registrar but i bought on namecheap later.

You have the right to know everything.

 

Then don't misguide anyone telling this is 2 year old domain. Tell everyone that It was first register on bla bla bla date, expired and then you registered it again. In that case, it is called Dropped domain which myself don't prefer to buy. We are not worried about where it was registered and where you have re-registered it the fact is it was first dropped and then re-registered, possibly this is a reason domain has 200 backlinks which previous owner built probably(I didn't check though). I have no intention to spoil this thread and I feel I'm not doing that, I'm just clearing my doubts cuz I was to buy it.

Be opened and tell what the reality is, hiding facts or misguiding anyone is not good.

I was close to making an offer, but looks like you might have messed up your own site SEO wise:

As you can see there's a WordPress.com and Blogspot subdomains with the latest content and those are ranking higher than the site, Google is considering this site as a duplicate copy of what's on the free blogs. Funny really as you can see the main sites date is one day earlier, so probably the original.

Looks like he might be telling the truth about allowing the domain to expire and reregister (does happen) http://web.archive.org/web/20110601000000*/http://www.homestylista.com/ the older content is from that site. Unfortunately Google will treat a domain that's expired as dropped and delete the benefit of your old backlinks, hence no longer PR2 :-(

Also looks like some (all?) of the newer content is copied from other sites, not a good idea for a site you've messed up SEO wise, just makes matters worse.

I find it hard to believe the site will be seeing 2,000 UV today, maybe before September, but not now. What's the traffic for January 2013?

Shame, would have liked the earlier 2011 content (some of it is unique), but guess you are selling because of the problems mentioned above. Really difficult to fix SEO wise, would have to clean up any duplicate content, delete the blogspot/wordpress blogs and contact Google and explain the domain was accidentally allowed to expire and hope they reinstate backlinks etc... Not something a new owner is likely to gain success with.

I'd bet this domain is dead in 2 years time.
