    So make sure your site do have lot of real estate information and it would be great come with own compare tools to assits your visitors to compare.
    Always come with easy navigate site for real estate will take advantages.

    Try to rank your site like agoda in travel line same to your real estate line where you need your site show everywhere in ads , in google adwords, in partner site , in top google ranking.

    I would say that find RealEstate related forums, they would help in promotion.

    If you have good budget then you can test PPC as well.

    So you have an existing real estate business... how is the website meant to support your business?

    Does it promote your listings or your services?
    Do people buy from it or do they call you to make further enquiries?

    Many websites aren't meant to be "popular" when they support a real world business - their job is to give extra information about a company people have discovered through recommendations or real world advertising. Or they generate leads so people don't necessarily return to the website but its done its job by getting them to call you.

    We can't really give advice unless we know what you want it to do and what content you have on the site.

    In order to help you, we need the website address or at least a descrption of what it offers. Is it a classifieds site or a real estate company site? Site can be advertised very differently according to what they offer.
