Twitter PR Higher than Google

Am I missing something here or is Twitter.com a PR10 while Google.com is a PR9?

I am not surprised, Google has about 4.7 million links in alexa and twitter has above 6 million.

 

Facebook.com also have same position as twitter.com

So all the updates couldn't save Google in its own ranking . Weird - I've never seen anyone else but Google get up to 10. Facebook is also 9.
