Is there any limit for doing off page submissions per day?

I do daily 30 directory, 30 social bookmarking, 30 article submissions,10 blog and forum postings, can I continue with this or should I increase the number? kindly suggest.

 

Yes, you can increase them.
I don't think directory submission is good anymore and you can do more blog commenting, and for blog commenting, target blogs with High PR because low PR ones don't give link juice anymore after recent google panda updates but you can also do some to make it more natural for google to see..

 

Do blog commenting but try to do on those site which approve your comment in a quick time,so it will be very helpful , and keep doing directory submission it helps a lot. and your site content must be good.

 

There is no limit of doing off page optimization but i think if you do a lot it can be treated as spamming so the number given by you is good.

 

I agree with Canadaontop. there is no limit but great number of BM and others can be considered as spamming

 

There is some limitation in directory submission according to the domain age. Otherwise you can go as per your planning.

 

I don’t think submitting links to directories will help for SEO, I would suggest to submit website to only high traffic directories will give better result & 10Blogs? Do you mean 10 blog post? If yes, its more than enough. You should get better result if you are doing the task.

 

Any method is helpful as long as your content DO NOT have duplicate content. There is no point optimizing if Google Panda thinks you site is not worth it. Start in your content.

 

I think that this number is sufficient. You wouldn't want to overdo it, just keep your link building natural otherwise you might get punished for your enthusiasm.

 

There is not any fixed limitations, however Google keeps an eye on the number of links acquired in a specific period of time and sometimes it may led to penalty also.

 

I dont think there is any limitation of off-page submission but u have to build naturally. Balance should be maintained while creating backlinks.

 

There is no such limit, Off-page submission is good unless you use low quality submission websites.
