Which Sitemap is better HTML OR XML ?

XML sitemap is better than the rest. 90 percent of website use a XML Sitemap

submit formatted sitemap to webmaster that is xml but submit html also, because xml sitemap is for webmaster perspective and html is for users so always create html site map and submit xml manually created sitemap to webmaster.

 

use both site map xml for webmaster because webmaster support only xml format and html for the users but submit xml sitemap.
