    I would say that don't use any stop words like the, best, of etc...

    It should be read as a sentence!

    Limit the title character within 64..

    I guess you don't know how to read but he asked how to make a title meta tag not link building.
    Try actually reading next time...
    Oh, and as far as 'link building', most of those methods are outdated and worthless and some will get you penalized...
    I think you need a refresher course...

    Titles have a very specific structure:


    • Page Titles are limited to 50 – 75 characters, including spaces. Try to keep them to around 69 characters.
    • The Page Title “lives” above your browser window, and appears in the backend code framed as <title>My Cool Web Page<title>
    • Every Title should be unique to each and every page on your site – and yes, this does mean each page, however deep your site! Think of your page Titles as book titles that distinguish the different books in a library or bookstore.
    • Be sure to include the keyphrases you used for the page in the Title for that page

    If you are using WordPress you can download the "All in one SEO" plugin and install, after installation you title is activated.
