I have one case need your guys opinion, please help me There is the thing: when i do some search, i find one website shown on google like this : There has google plus link and Avatar under the website url , that is very eye-catching. Then, i follow the link to their googe plus account , i find this: Obvious, they add the g+ authorship for an e-commerce site, not an blog or article. so , what do you guys think ? is there other similar case ? is it violated the google's policy ? is it benefit for SEO? Is this a new SEO way ? can we do this ?
It has no benefit to 'SEO' it is just people are more likley to click a link like that in the search results than a link with no picture and name... this benefits traffic from first page but not top 3 spots..
Its not any new seo way. Its a google authorship, you can also do this by sign in to google authorship account. For google authorship account you just need a google+ profile, a proper face head photo and a website email id that you are promoting for example if you are promoting www.abc.com then you must have an email id like . That's all.

Yes it is effective for all website because in search result page its catch user attention. In the beginning I also clicked on some of these results only because of that face head photo.
