Dear All...i am doing SEO Promotion For a New website which is Basically for News channel (News Paper)....Kindly suggest me that what techniques, campaign will good for these type of websites. can i do the submission like article submission, blog posting, social bookmarking, blog comment, hubpages, squidoo. for this.

You can do Directory submissions, Social Bookmarking, Blog commenting, blog posting, forum participation and Press release distribution for latest news. All these techniques are effective to drive more visitors on the site and also improve its ranking in search engine result pages.

 

I also think that press releases are great way to promote news site. Otherwise, but create about 100 social bookmarks to each post of the site and you will gain huge traffic and SEO benefits for sure. Squidoo and Hubpages are not enough according to your web2 link-building strategy. Try to include more web 2 properties and promote them as much as you can. They are great for tier 1 and you can push their page rank easily. Create just high PR profile backlinks and you won't hurt your ranking, otherwise you can get punished by Google.
