    Hello friends!

I have been affected by this panda update and lost my ranking and traffic. but some of them gained ranking in SERP and traffic.

my blog have affected but i dont know why some website were not affected...i think this panda update ws for blog level and some small sites only..
because my writing style and article style is same as a big website but as it is a big site and more popular thats why it was not affected. But is it right that big website get more visible in search engine without putting well content?

Yep I've had a dreadful time with the update. Despite having domain ages of over 5 years old and not engaging in black hat SEO, My traffic has dropped by 90%. It's so fustrating. But all you can do is just keep working hard and hope it returns a little in the new year.

I dont know if it was a Panda or a Penguin that bit me, but I took a hard hit on Nov 17.. I did some de-optimization and traffic has slowly creeped back to near normal.

Even though this update did affect many online marketers and content publishers who actually did produce high quality content, we still have to play by Google's rules and "go with the flow". I would make sure your site is not overly optimized and make sure you continue to add content to it every week.

We are online furniture store, we in some way got affected on some keywords, and i can see, that google put in front BIG DOGS, like amazon, overstock, mybobs store. etc. other related big websites.
    20-% loss of organic traffic.

A lot of my sites were effected. You just gotta change the method you were use to start ranking again.

I was affected, as most people with websites were.

However, I feel that I became better because of the update. It forced me to find other sources of traffic outside of the search engines, and it taught me to not "put all of my eggs in the same basket."

Because of this, I am more successful. Don't put all of your efforts into pleasing the search engines, as they can change at any time, and they are not the ones buying the product you're promoting!

Write for your potential customers and work to their needs, don't stuff keywords and put out terrible, spun content.

    Just my opinions.

Nothing here positive or negative so far. Visits dropped off a bit a couple weeks ago, but that's likely industry-related variation (plus probably some loss of lower-quality visits). So far, though, pretty even.

well, its def. for the better and i not using work "best", tons' of people do same thing and copy each other or just usinig same text on they pages. It not good at all, or its just not gonna work so many.

Win Google = Fresh Unique Content. be different and google will like you again.

My traffic has been decreasing again since last week, as if it wasn't bad enough since the end of last year. I wonder whether this was caused by those article marketers submitting guest posts + backlinks on my blog, sigh
